Tony and Eric of Accuracy Avionics have developed an overhead console for the RV-10. The console has 6 swivel lights for the pilot, copilot, passengers and baggage area. It is pressurized via scoops that go in the tail intersecting fairing and vents provide overhead ventilation. They are also developing a fiberglass center console that will run from the instrument panel back through the rear seats. Unfortunately the prototype was not available for Sun N Fun. Accuracy Avionics will also be providing molded instrument panels. I am looking forward to seeing their different products.

The overhead console comes in three different ways. Basic; which is a straight from the mold and primed, Standard; which also includes six cockpit lights, 4 eyeball vents and a DVD player, Deluxe; adds the installation of all components including cover nut plates and seal.

I selected the Standard. I will let you know how it turns out.
